Beach Bliss is close enough to Seven Mile Beach to get there on foot in 5 minutes but far enough up the hill to afford stunning panoramic views of the ocean, the beach and Mt Coolangatta to the south. This is an entertainers delight with a large deck off the open plan kitchen/living/dining room and another sheltered covered outdoor patio off the dining area. The living room boasts a huge drop-down home-theatre screen allowing you to have unobstructed views by day and watch movies in style by night (wifi is included). Polished floorboards, leather lounges, r/c air conditioning and modern styling all create a vibe that allows you to relax in style and comfort.

The bedrooms are all very spacious and the master has a Juliette balcony with views and a modern ensuite. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the house is fully fly screened providing comfort at all times. With two king bedrooms and two split kings (splits to 2 singles), this property is ideal for two families holidaying together. (Note it is not suitable for loud groups, bachelor parties or schoolies groups. It is in a medium density area close to neighbours and excess noise or guests will not be tolerated.)

There is room for 3 cars off the street 2 in the garage and 1 in a parking bay suitable for small cars.

A cleaning fee of $230.00 applies to this property. Additional cleaning fees will apply if the bbq is not cleaned and the rubbish removed prior to departure

  • This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
  • Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival
  • Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7
  • This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, porta cots, high chairs or tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay
  • Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am
  • No parking in the shared driveway at any time as the property is located at the rear.
  • Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks
  • Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message
  • This property is NOT pet friendly
  • To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21 yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort
  • WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable
  • For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure
