1)            Can I bring my dog on holiday?

Answer: We have many pet friendly holiday rentals. Please check out our website under the IDEAS tab then select PET FRIENDLY. This will list all our pet friendly properties.

2)            If I cancel my booking will I get my money back?

Answer: The deposit and booking fees are not refundable. We may be able to transfer your booking to different dates or reduce the stay at our discretion (only one change will be allowed per booking). A transfer fee of $75 will be payable plus a further booking fee for the new booking will apply. Please refer to MORE INFO under our TERMS & CONDITIONS.

3)            Can I hold my wedding reception at the property?

Answer: We have a strict no party policy. Only the guests staying at the property are allowed to be present at the property.

5)            Can I put up a tent in the back garden for extra guests?

Answer: Each holiday property is equipped for a specific number of guests. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.  See our Terms and Conditions. 

6)            Can I sleep extra people on the bedroom floor?

Answer: We have rollaway beds for hire and most of our properties will allow 1 or 2 extra guests. There is a small charge for this. Please check the website under MORE INFO. Our Terms and Conditions highlights the regulations.

7)            Do I have to leave a security bond?

Answer: Yes regardless of how you pay for your accommodation, a current credit card number must be provided at the time of booking and kept on file for the duration of your stay to protect against loss, damage or no show. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have at least $1000 credit available to be paid if required. If credit card details cannot be provided we require a cash bond. 8)            What will happen if I accidently damage something at the property?

Answer: You should contact our office to discuss the damage and a decision will be made with you as to the best way forward to ensure the owner is not out of pocket.

9)            How and when can I get the keys to the property?

Answer: Once the property has been paid for in full and the deposit bond has been received at our office you will be sent an email with details of how to access the property.

10)          Can you smoke in the properties?

Answer: All our properties have a strict No Smoking policy. Some properties will have dedicated outdoor areas to smoke.
